This blend is truly one of a kind—Chenin Blanc and Picpoul Blanc are rarely, if ever, blended together, as they hail from two very different regions of France. While we had never tasted them as a co-ferment, we believed they could be pure magic together—and they are. The result is a wine that’s bright and energetic, bursting with white florals and vibrant citrus, and full of fresh, electric charm.

Elinor is one of the namesakes of our brand, and she firmly believed in enjoying a glass of white wine with lunch each day—her own science for reaching the wonderful age of 100. This wine was the very first white we ever made, so it felt only fitting that she grace the label. It’s a joyful tribute to her wisdom, her ritual, and a life well lived.
