You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Oxlee Graham Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Oxlee Graham Wines are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States (“U.S.”) or non-residents that agree to use the Site in accordance with U.S. laws, these Terms, and our Privacy Policy. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our subsidiaries, business partners, contractors, distribution partners, representatives, directors and affiliates, and each of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, issued by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms (including, without limitation, any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein and/or applicable law).
Membership Terms & Conditions
There is no fee to become a member at OG Oxlee Graham Wines. As member benefits are applied upon wine club activation, we ask that members take three consecutive club shipments before closing the account. If you wish to cancel or suspend your membership, please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@oxleegrahamwines.com.
Billing
The credit card on your membership account is charged before the release is shipped. The charge will be the retail value of the wines, minus your member discount, and includes any applicable taxes and shipping charges. If your credit card is declined upon shipment, we will do our best to reach out to you to update your account. You are also always welcome to reach out to our Customer Service team with any updates.
Charges will vary with each shipment depending on your selections. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping
You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than to your home address. Because of the adult signature requirement, we are unable deliver to a PO Box.
While we do offer discounted shipping, should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to OG Oxlee Graham Wines. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
All address changes must be received via email or made through your account online. All cancellations and changes must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled processing date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. We do not require credit card changes in writing. Important: you may be responsible for shipping charges and/or restocking fees if you neglect to contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date.
Temperature Holds
During the hottest and coldest times of the year, we may not ship at all to certain locations, or at our discretion may elect to ship via temperature controlled shipping solutions.
While we do everything we can to ensure you receive wine in perfect condition, we cannot control what happens to your shipment in transit. If you feel you have received a damaged bottle, please contact us immediately.
Deliveries and Pick-ups
Some club memberships may come with the option for delivery. We deliver to locations in the Bay Area within about 100 miles of Santa Rosa, Ca. If a delivery option is offered, there must be someone at the given address that is 21 years of age to accept the wine. Specific days will be established at the wineries’ discretion for delivery to different zip codes within the delivery perimeter. If the member is unable to receive a delivery on one of the designated days, then the wines will be shipped to the address provided.
Pick-ups are limited at this time due to our winery not yet having a tasting room. There may be some opportunity for club members to pick-up shipments at pick-up parties in the near future. All members will be provided with this option when this becomes available.
Membership Hold
Members can opt to skip one shipment by placing their membership on hold. Please contact us at info@oxleegrahamwines.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation
The OG Oxlee Graham Membership will continue until you cancel. We do ask that all cancellations happen no sooner than your first three consecutive shipments have been received. If a member shipment has been shipped but not received prior to our receipt of your written cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment. All cancellations and changes must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled processing date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment.
Member Agreement
Each member agrees that they have read and understood the terms & conditions of this membership. They have authorized OG Oxlee Graham Wines to charge their credit card with each club shipment until their membership is cancelled. They are responsible for keeping their delivery address up to date so that shipments are sent to the correct place and they are at least 21 years of age.
